NDT Level 3 Manager
Description
DM NDT, a leading I.R.M. services company in the Marine, Oil and Gas, and Petrochemical industries and part of DM Group Services, is currently looking for a NDT L3 Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Singapore.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain NDT projects and equipment
- Conduct training, onboarding and monitor inspections knowledge amongst technicians
- Manage and maintain NDT audits / class certifications / company and ISO audits
- Carry out company capabilities expansion with respect to NDT
- Calibration and maintenance of NDT equipment
- Maintenance and archiving of NDT documentation and procedures
- Bidding / commercial proposal / technical proposals for projects
- Develop project method statements / risk assessments
- Budget / Monitor / control of project progress
QUALIFICATIONS (BOLDED ARE MANDATORY)
- Well-conversant with NDT techniques
- Clear and confident command of English with good presentation skills
- Impeccable Microsoft office skills (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
- Resourceful and independent (able to quickly solve problems)
- Proven and strong leadership qualities
- Able to adapt to fast-paced environment
- Experience in carrying out vessel class inspections (beneficial)
CERTIFICATIONS
- ASNT and/or PCN L3 Certification (UT,PT,MT,ET,RT)
- Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015
- API 510, 570, 653 (beneficial)
- IRATA (beneficial)
