Shaun has over three decades of experience in the shipping industry, predominantly in senior management roles in ship-owning and management companies. As CEO he is responsible for corporate strategy, commercial oversight of the Group's activities and business development.

Shaun is also a Solicitor (England & Wales) with a Bachelor degree in Economics and a Master degree in Law.

Eugene, with more than 3 decades of experience in the marine industry, is responsible for overseeing the technical and operational capabilities of DM Group. He was formerly responsible for business development, during which he spearheaded the diversification of businesses, developed the various subsidiaries within the Group, and led to the international expansion of DM Group.

Michael serves as the Commercial Director of two subsidiaries of DM Group Services that specialize in the development and manufacture of environmentally friendly underwater hull cleaning equipment.

Although his background is in Economics, Michael entered the underwater inspection, repair, and maintenance industry in 2018 as a Project Manager, with a focus on developing and marketing innovative underwater hull cleaning technology solutions, including biofouling reclamation and water filtration systems for the maritime industry.

Albert is the General Manager of DM Group Services in Singapore. He has a strong background with a Master’s in Maritime Studies, as well as degrees in Mechanical Engineering (Marine & Offshore Technology) and Mechatronic Engineering. Albert began his career as a shipyard mechanical engineer and later transitioned into ship owning and management as a Technical Superintendent and Fleet Management Superintendent. In his current role, he oversees the day-to-day business of Dive Marine Services, DM NDT, and DM Sea Logistics, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and the Group’s strategies and objectives.

Cale brings a diverse skill set to his role as Managing Director. With a background in Landscaping and Construction, he shifted to the maritime industry in 2015. After founding a diving company in 2016, he joined Dive Marine Services in early 2020. His extensive experience in project management, business development, and customer service, combined with a strategic vision for delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions, has been crucial in growing our Gibraltar operations and expanding our network.

Alexis is the General Manager of Dive Marine Services (Gibraltar) Ltd, where he also serves as the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager. His diverse background spans roles as a laboratory research assistant, Able Seaman, Operations Coordinator, and Paralegal.

He holds a BA in Psychology and Spanish, a Graduate Diploma in Law, and has completed the Barrister Professional Training Course, all from the University of Wales, Swansea, and the University of Bristol. Additionally, Alexis is an internationally accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator.

Alexis's maritime career began in 2015 as an Able Seaman. He later became a founding partner of THC Diving Ltd in 2019. Following the company’s merger with the DM Group in 2020, rebranding as Dive Marine Services, Alexis has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success.

With a solid technical background in Electro Mechanics and specialized training in welding, Steven brings a wealth of experience to his role as Managing Director of Dive Marine Services in Antwerp.

His journey began as a diver, performing a wide range of underwater tasks and repairs, which provided him with invaluable hands-on experience. Certified in both dry and wet welding, Steven transitioned to the office side, where he has led numerous underwater repair projects in both conditions. His expertise and strategic vision were key in establishing Dive Marine's Antwerp office, enhancing the company's capabilities and expanding its reach across Europe.

Steven is also the Group’s Business Development Manager, supporting marketing and business development activities.

Starting off as a mechanical engineer in the aerospace industry, Dino found his true calling in rope access. Thereafter, he trained to be an IRATA Technician, mostly handling onshore and offshore projects involving Derrick building, modification, and repairs.

After clearing IRATA Level 3 in 2015, Dino joined the management team progressing from Project Manager to General Manager. Dino’s responsibilities include business development, and overseeing the Company’s performance and operational standards.
