We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our business support team. You would be involved in handling predominately sales tasks with some administrative matters related to the day-to-day operations and business development of the company.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented with good sales acumen and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. The suitable candidate is adaptable, a good communicator and has good, all-round administrative abilities. Those who are service-minded usually thrive in this role, but a more analytical approach is sometimes thought to be favourable since the more routine tasks involved in the role will require a methodical approach.
- Prepare sales quotations
- Prepare job requisition and job sheet
- Report generation and reporting in an in-house system
- Review, organize, update and tabulate overseas pricing structures and vendor services
- Prepare FRQ and quotations for overseas jobs
- Liaise with accounts
- Familiarize with ISO procedures and procurement workflow
- Organize and update existing supplier lists and products
- Identify new clientele with Manager and liaise with them
- Procurement processes
- Liaise for operational needs
- Minimum qualification N Levels
- Two years of relevant work experience is preferred
- Knowledge or experience in the maritime industry would be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Responsible and a committed team player
